At Planet Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In the same condition that you received it

In its original packaging
Items that are customised or personalised (e.g. with names or numbers) cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@planetsportsuk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Delivery Time
The delivery time for products is 15 to 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
